On Saturday, August 22, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., concerned citizens will gather at Congressional offices nationwide to protest the proposed health care plan. Rallies will be held at Marion Berry's offices in Jonesboro and Cabot. For physical address, click on the link below. As of today the congressman has yet to meet with us, so let's take the meeting to him.
Arkansas Recess Rally
The default time and location for each of the Recess Rallies is Noon local time out in front of each of the 1000+ congressional offices. If you are unsure, you can just show up at the location. In the event there is a different location and time set for the event, that information will be listed beneath the specific district. The Nationwide Recess Rally takes place on Saturday, August 22nd, 2009. If you believe your liberty, your hard earned money and your way of life is under attack through dangerous health care (obamacare) legislation currently being proposed, get to your local Representative office on August 22nd and make sure he/she knows.
